Full Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your solar project or request a refund. 1. Full Refund Within 5 Business Days:

If you decide to cancel your solar project within five (5) business days of signing the installation agreement, you are eligible for a full refund. We will process the refund promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

2. Refund Beyond Five Days:

For cancellation requests made beyond the initial five (5) business days after signing the installation agreement, refunds will be subject to consideration of the current status of the job. Depending on the progress of the project, the refund may be subject to deductions to cover incurred expenses related to permitting, site survey, installation, and/or inspections as detailed in the signed installation agreement.

 

3. Deductions and Holding Portions:

The portion of the refund held will be determined based on the actual expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation. We will provide a breakdown of these expenses and hold only the necessary amount to cover the specific costs associated with the project.

 

4. Process for Requesting a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team through email at savenow@refractsolar.net Please include your name, contact information, and details of the cancellation request. We will guide you through the refund process and provide you with any additional information required.

 

5. Refund Processing Time:

Once the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow for processing time, which may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution. We will strive to complete the refund process as quickly as possible.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items or services, as specified in the installation agreement, may be non-refundable.

 

7. Changes to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at our discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
